Q: How the tickets will be delivered?

A: eTicket will be emailed to you via email id mentioned in the booking form.

Q: What if I do not receive eTicket even the payment was successful?

A: If you do not find your eTicket in your inbox, please check your junk/spam folder. Contact virasatartsuk@gmail.com and our team will be happy to help.

Q: Can I print eTicket at home?

A: To avoid delay in finding your eTicket, you can print a valid eTicket at home and present at the venue.

Q: What if my eTicket bar code doesn't work at the venue?

A: Speak to venue staff and they will contact one of the team member available at the venue.

Q: What should I do if my tickets were lost, stolen or damaged? 

A: If your tickets are lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed, contact virasatartsuk@gmail.com and our team will be happy to help. Make sure you have your order number or the card you used to buy the tickets readily available.

 

Q: Are tickets refundable?

A: No, all the tickets are non-refundable.

 

Q: Are tickets transferable – online or off-line?

A: No, tickets are non-transferable online. You can transfer off-line with your friends and family.

 

Q: Can I upgrade my tickets after booking?

A: Tickets cannot be upgraded after the booking. 

 

Q: What time the doors open?

A: 30 minutes before the show starts.

 

Q: What time will Priyanka Barve will start her performance?

A: Priyanka Barve will start her performance at a given time. Any changes will be communicated via available channels such as email, social media.

 

Q: Is this a standing or seated show?

A: This is 100% seated show. All ticket categories have designated seating which can be pre-selected by ticketholders at the time of booking.

 

Q: Can I bring my own food inside the venue?

A: No, food and beverages are not allowed inside the auditorium. If required, you may bring a small water bottle.

 

Q: What if I am late for the show?

A: In case you arrive late, you may have to wait outside the auditorium until the appropriate time.

Q: Am I eligible for discount?

A: Virasat Arts will announce discount offers time to time. A discount code will be shared with the offer. Virasat Arts has a right to withdraw discount offers.

Q: How discount will be applied?

A: Discount will be applied on the base ticket price.

Q: Can discount be combined with any other offers?

A: No, discounts cannot be combined with any other offer, group discount or hospitality package.
