What Information we have and where we get it.
We collect and store different types of information when you buy tickets, contact us, and use our websites, and social media.
We collect certain categories of personal information such as your contact details, purchase history, internet and electronic activity, and in some cases sensitive personal information where required.

We collect your personal information, we store it in our customer databases, like our ticketing platforms to manage your access to events, our payment platforms to process your orders, our customer services platforms to manage any queries, and our marketing systems in order to be able to communicate with you if necessary.

When you buy tickets. When you buy tickets from the third party payment gateway (we use 'Stripe') will send us information your contact and billing details and information about ticket purchase to allocate your tickets.

Presale. We process submissions to limit fraudulent ticket purchases, to gauge demand or interest in the event, and ensure you have equal opportunity to purchase tickets, it won’t stop you from purchasing tickets at a later date.
