Terms and Conditions

• All tickets are non-transferable.

• Keep your ticket copies all the time with you.

• Valid Government issued photo id may be required at entry.

• By accepting, holding, or using a ticket, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted and agreed to the full terms and conditions.

• The organisers and the venue shall not be liable for any difficulties caused by any unauthorised copies or reproduction of the ticket. Except as set out herein the ticket cannot be exchanged once bought.

• Ticket is not valid for entry if the security features are tampered with.

• The event is subject to force majeure conditions.

• Your cooperation is solicited.

• These terms and conditions are subject to change from time to time at the discretion of the organiser.

• In order to maintain high quality of user experience, the organiser shall collect certain information from you such as name, address, email address, phone number at the time of booking/registration/payment in line with its Terms and Conditions.

 

Ticketing and children

• Children under 5 can attend for free, however seating shall not be provided.

• Children 5 years and older require ticket.

• No child minder arrangements are available at the venue.

• Attendees under 16 must be accompanied by an adult guardian.

• Since this is a LIVE Concert, please bring children at your own discretion.

• Internet handling fee may be levied, please check your total amount before checking out.

• We recommend you arrive at least 30 min prior to the door open time at the venue for seamless entry

• No larger hand bag, backpack allowed at the venue, there is no storage facility available at the event. Small hand carry purses / Clutches are ok.

 

Event and Security Rules

• Event details may change at the sole discretion of the organiser.

• All announcements will be on our social media pages, and on email/SMS/push notifications to existing ticket holders.

• Organisers reserve all right of admission to the concert.

• No late entry allowed.

• Venue rules apply.

• Beware of Counterfeit tickets.

• Pay & park facility is available near the venue, parking fees is NOT included in ticket cost. Organisers are not responsible for any theft or damage of any vehicle.

 

Prohibited items and Behaviour

• Dangerous / hazards items including but not limited to weapons, drones, lasers, knives, guns, lighters, helmets, bottles, fireworks, and certain substances such as outside food and beverages, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, narcotics, and alcohol are prohibited.

• No food, beverages are allowed inside the auditorium.

• Drug use, alcohol consumption and smoking are banned inside auditorium, anyone found using will be handed over to police authorities.

 

Right of Use for media

• The organiser holds the free right to use any photographs, video, graphic, or othe media from captured, shot or recorded by visitors at the venue and shared on public platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X formerly Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok and blogs for use including but not limited to commercial, advertising and branding purposes in perpetuity.

• The holder of this ticket grants organisers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or part of the recording of any video or still footage made for the holder on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval required for the holder.

• AUDIO OR VIDEO RECORDINGS OF THE SHOW IS NOT PERMITTED USING PROFESSIONAL EQUIPMENTS. You must not make, create, store, record, transmit, or commercially, or no-commercially exploit any kind of sound recording, visual footage (recording) or store, record, or transmit any information or other data in relation to the event. The organiser reserve the right to eject you from the venue for ding so.

 

Liability and legal disclaimer

• Neither the organiser nor the Artist shall be responsible for injury or damage or theft during the event.

• No liability claim for food, pollution and other consumption poisoning will be entertained.
